<p>I want to start with a simple<strong> tutorial for Photoshop</strong>, how to manipulate  the <strong>weather</strong> and  add <strong>rain</strong> to a sunny day on the beach.<br />

This is a <strong>simple tutorial </strong>on how to make a<strong> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">rain effect </span></strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">on a </span><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">photo</span></strong>, in<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> 6 simple step,</span></strong> using <a title="tutorial photoshop" href="http://lastwebdesigner.com/category/photoshop"><strong>Photoshop</strong></a>.<span id="more-1"></span><br />
First of all, we need a <strong>Photo</strong> to use and modify, I&#8217;ve used this :</p>
